AI Content Creation
AI content creation the public sector can trust.
Your team is being asked to produce more video and content than ever, on budgets that have not moved to match. We produce campaign films, explainers and content using AI production, with strategy, casting and direction led by people. AI builds what our creative team has designed. Nothing more.
Everyone wants more video.
Public sector budgets have not kept up.
A one-day traditional shoot typically costs £10,000 to £15,000 or more once crew, location, talent and post-production are counted. Output is limited, amends are expensive, and reaching every community with translated versions usually means paying for additional shoots.
AI production changes that equation, and adoption has already moved: 41% of marketing professionals now create video using AI, up from 18% the year before (Wistia State of Video Report, 2025).
Public sector content carries more scrutiny than most, so how AI is used matters as much as whether it is used. Think of it the way the industry adopted CGI. The technology changed. The creative discipline behind it did not.
Everything needed to deliver
better public sector content.
Every commission is scoped to your specific needs. But across all of our AI content work, you can expect these things as standard.
1.
Strategy before production
Every project starts with a brief covering audiences, key messages and the outcome the content is there to drive. Service uptake, campaign reach, recruitment, behaviour change. Success measures are agreed before anything is made.
2.
Creative direction by people
Casting, storyboarding and direction sit with a named creative director, and every output is reviewed by a person against your brief and brand guidelines before you see it.
3.
Accessibility considered from the start
Plain language scripts, captions and transcripts as standard, and colour contrast checked in every graphic. Content designed to support your accessibility obligations, not create new ones.
4.
Content that reaches every community
Localised voiceover, translated captions and culturally appropriate versions produced from the same brief, without commissioning a second shoot.
5.
Volume without compromise
Every format, duration and aspect ratio from a single production. One campaign brief becomes a full set of assets for web, social, screens and internal channels.
6.
Results you can report
Content is deployed with testing in mind and measured against the communication outcomes agreed at the start, so you can show what it achieved.
A production process with people at both ends.
Our process is built around the realities of public sector work: stakeholder sign-off, procurement requirements and internal review stages. AI does not write the brief, cast the talent, storyboard the scenes or direct. Our creative team does all of that, and a person approves every stage.
1. Strategy and brief
Audiences, objectives, key messages and success measures agreed before production begins. Stakeholder input is built in from the start.
2. Storyboard
Every scene and shot is planned and shared for sign-off before any production tool is opened. Everyone aligned early, expensive rework avoided.
3. Casting
Presenters, voices and visual language selected to fit your brand and the communities you serve, and locked before production begins.
4. AI production
The appointed storyboard is built using specialist AI production tools selected for your brief. Formats, captioned and translated versions are produced together.
We support public sector organisations, including:
- Local councils and district authorities
- Combined authorities and devolved government bodies
- NHS trusts and integrated care boards
- Central government departments and executive agencies
- Emergency services and blue light organisations
- Housing associations and registered providers
- Universities, colleges and further education bodies
- Non-departmental public bodies and arm’s length bodies
We are GCA appointed and
ready to engage.
We are listed on GCA frameworks RM6124 and RM6237. Paid advertising services can be procured through either, removing the need for a full competitive tender in many cases. Central government and ALBs should factor in Cabinet Office approval for AMC spend of £100,000 or over.
Content that helps public sector teams do more with less.
- Service explainers that reduce inbound calls: how to apply, report, renew or register
- Campaign films for public health, safety and behaviour change communications
- Recruitment videos that show real roles and reach the right candidates
- Internal communications and training content
- Social media variants in every format and duration
- Campaign stills and graphics produced from the same brief, at the same time
Costs and timelines
AI production removes the largest costs of traditional filming: crew, location, talent and reshoots. Amends and additional versions are produced from the existing production rather than a new shoot day, which is where most of the saving sits.
Every project is priced per project, not by day rate, and quoted after a free discovery conversation. You will know the cost before anything is commissioned.
Common questions
Will AI content look cheap or damage our reputation?
AI is a production tool, in the same way CGI is. What protects your reputation is the creative discipline around it: a human-written brief, planned storyboards, chosen casting and director-led review of every frame before sign-off.
We already have an agency or in-house team.
We work alongside existing agencies and in-house teams. The question is not whether your current setup works, but whether it can produce the volume of content your channels now need, without adding budget or headcount.
How quickly can you deliver?
Faster than traditional production, because there is no filming to schedule and amends do not require a reshoot. Exact timelines depend on your approval stages, so we agree them with you at the brief.
