Graphic Design Services for Hampshire Businesses

Brochures, brand materials, typesetting and marketing collateral that look as good as your business deserves, across Hampshire.

If you have the brief, we have the solution

A full service team
of specialists, built to deliver

The more places a brand needs to show up, different sites, different teams, different audiences across a wider area, the more chances there are for it to start drifting from itself. A logo used slightly differently here, a colour that’s not quite right there, and within a couple of years the brand looks like several loosely related ones rather than a single coherent identity.

We design with that risk in mind, building systems specific enough to stay consistent as they’re used by different people across different parts of the county, rather than vague guidelines that get reinterpreted differently each time.

What we cover

Graphic design services across print, digital and everything in between.

Whether you have a specific project in mind or a broader creative requirement, our graphic design team will help you choose the right format and approach.

Precise production-ready artwork and branded templates that keep your team working consistently and efficiently. From MS Office documents your team can edit themselves to print-ready files that go straight to press, created to the exact standards each format requires.

Your brand is more than a logo. It’s what people remember about you before they’ve even worked with you. We build brand identities that look sharp, feel consistent and actually get used, not just admired once and left in a drawer. Logos, colours, fonts and guidelines that make sense for your team and stand out for your customers.

The document that does the talking when you’re not in the room. Whether it’s introducing your business, showcasing a product range or backing up a sales conversation, we design brochures that look sharp and get read, not left in a bag. Clear layout, strong visuals and content that’s easy to follow, built to make the right impression every time it lands on someone’s desk.

High-impact print design for the materials your business uses to win and retain clients. Brochures, leaflets, flyers, catalogues and marketing collateral designed to communicate your offer clearly and reflect the quality of your business at every touchpoint. Our brochure design work for Surrey and Hampshire businesses is produced print-ready, on brand and built to last.

What our clients say

Businesses we've helped grow.
In their own words.

Great work is built on strong relationships and open collaboration. Over the years we’ve worked with businesses across a range of industries, and here’s what some of them have to say about partnering with us.

The Clever way

Built around your business,
not a generic process

Loose brand guidelines tend to drift the moment more than one person is producing materials from them. We build specific, practical systems instead, designed to hold up exactly because they’re used by more than one team.

Step 1
Discovery & research

*NEW* Digital Marketing agency in Berkshire

We start with a proper brief: what the piece needs to achieve and where your brand currently stands, but for a county-wide remit that also means understanding how many different people or teams will actually be producing materials from what we build, so the system holds together regardless of who’s using it.

Step 2
Design & development

*NEW* Digital Marketing agency in Berkshire

From the brief, we design and typeset the piece itself, whether that’s a brochure, a set of brand materials or a wider marketing collateral pack, built on rules specific enough that consistency doesn’t depend on one person remembering them correctly. You’ll see drafts and have the chance to feed back before anything is signed off.

Step 3
Delivery & results

You receive print-ready and digital files, properly formatted for however you plan to use them across Hampshire. We keep templates and source files on hand so future pieces, wherever they’re produced, stay genuinely consistent rather than drifting apart over time.

FAQs about our website design & development services

The questions worth asking before you commit.

What counts as marketing collateral, and can we come to you with nothing more than an idea?

Pretty much anything you’d put in front of a client to support a sale or build the brand counts, so that’s brochures, flyers, decks, proposals, exhibition materials and packaging. Tell us what it’s for and we can usually design it. You don’t need to arrive with finished copy either. If you’ve already got words and images we’ll typeset and design around them, and if you’re starting from nothing we can bring in copywriting support so the whole thing comes together as one job rather than two separate ones bolted together. As for commitment, some clients want a single brochure and that’s that, others stick around for ongoing support once they see what consistency actually does for them. There’s no minimum either way, so it genuinely depends on what you need right now.

A straightforward brochure or collateral piece usually takes one to two weeks from a final brief through to files ready for print. Bigger brand projects or multi piece packs take longer and we’ll be upfront about timing before anything kicks off. On files, print work comes as press ready PDFs with the right colour profiles and bleed sorted, digital use gets you versions built for screen, and if you also want the editable source files just mention it at the brief stage so we can plan for it. We prepare everything so it’s ready to go to print and can point you toward printers we trust if you don’t already have one.

Yes, and getting guidelines sorted before a big print run is worth doing since it makes every project after that faster and more consistent. We’ll cover logo use, colour, type, tone and overall style, and that becomes the reference everything else gets built from. On refresh versus rebrand, a refresh tidies up what’s already there, proportions, typeface, maybe the colours, while keeping the brand recognisable. A rebrand goes right back to why the brand exists in the first place and can mean a whole new identity and voice. Most businesses need this less often than agencies tend to suggest, so we’ll tell you plainly which one actually fits where you are.

That’s really one of the benefits of sticking with one team rather than a different freelancer for every job. We keep your guidelines, fonts and templates on file so each new piece looks like it belongs with the last one, not like it wandered in from somewhere else. For teams producing a lot of their own material, a template is often the smart option. We’ll build a master version that looks sharp and stays on brand, set up so your team can edit it themselves without breaking the layout or colours by accident. Whether that ends up being an InDesign file, a PowerPoint master or something in Canva just comes down to what your team already knows.

You can supply your own images, use stock, or we can commission original photography, and we’ll steer you toward whichever fits the project and the budget. Original photography usually gives the best result, though good stock chosen properly still works well for plenty of collateral. What never works is a weak image crammed into a design that deserved better. On copy, we can write it ourselves or bring someone in, whichever suits. Strong design paired with weak copy is far more common than you’d think, and it drags the whole piece down. If your text isn’t quite there yet, we’d say so rather than build a layout around words that aren’t earning their place.

Typesetting is getting text to actually sit well on the page, line spacing, column widths, paragraph styles, how headings relate to the body copy, that sort of thing. It matters most on longer pieces like reports or technical brochures, where bad typesetting makes text harder to read even if nobody can quite say why. As for redesigns, if you like the general direction but the current version feels tired or isn’t pulling its weight, we can freshen up the layout, type and imagery while keeping the character intact. We always look at what’s already working before we touch anything, rather than changing things purely for the sake of it.

Yes to both, and honestly most jobs end up needing each other anyway. A brochure might need a print version and a screen friendly PDF built from the same brief, so we think about where things will actually be seen from the start rather than treating print and digital as separate jobs. We also work on exhibition graphics, pull up banners, signage and event brochures fairly regularly. The main thing there is knowing whether the piece needs to work from ten feet away or right up close, since that changes decisions on layout and type size quite a lot compared with something someone’s holding in their hands.

We work from a clear brief and build structured feedback rounds in as standard, rather than leaving things open ended and hoping for the best. That keeps the process moving without turning into an endless loop because the brief wasn’t tight enough to start with. If something genuinely sits outside the original scope, that’s a conversation about it, not a problem to be worked around. On social assets, yes, that’s very much part of a proper collateral suite now, profile images, cover graphics, post templates your team can fill in, or a set built for one specific campaign. Whatever it is, we make sure it reads as the same brand as everything else you’ve got.

The next step

It’s time to be more clever with your marketing.

Are you ready for a clear-eyed look at where you are, what’s possible, and what a structured plan to get there would look like for your marketing to help you grow? The first conversation costs nothing and comes with no obligation to work together. If there’s a fit, we’ll both know it quickly.

On our discovery call we’ll cover:

  • Where you want the business to be in the next 12 to 24 months and what your website needs to do to support that
  • An honest view of how well your current site is serving your commercial goals
  • What a new site would look like, what it would involve, and what to expect at every stage

You’ll leave with a clear view of the next steps, whether that’s working with us or not.

Fill in the form and someone from the team will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you.
