Frankly is a financial services firm dedicated to providing honest, expert support in both mortgages and insurance. Frankly is focused on building long-term partnerships, offering trusted financial guidance and responsive service, all grounded in their values of integrity, innovation, clarity and customer focus.

Our brief was to set up Frankly for success. As a brand-new start-up backed by significant investment, they needed a full digital presence built from the ground up. This included a brand-new website, full branding such as their logo and email signatures, and ongoing support from an agency capable of delivering at scale. We had a very tight deadline of one month to deliver everything.
We kicked off with a discovery session to fully understand what the client wanted and where they needed to be both in the short term and further down the line. We started with branding and wireframing, placing a strong focus on the user experience. We carried out extensive competitor research, going above and beyond industry standards to create a layout that would perform well on mobile first, and desktop second.
As we finalised the wireframes, the branding was also completed, including all the additional digital assets. This gave us a solid foundation for the website’s typography, colour palette and visual direction. Frankly had a few specific requirements including bespoke mortgage calculators to be embedded on the site, a multi-step contact form to match users with the right advisor, and a visual style that felt professionally fun and refreshingly different from other providers in the market.
With only one month to bring everything together, we worked quickly and efficiently to hit every milestone, both on our side and the client’s.
The Results
The website is now live and full training has been provided. Frankly has joined our hosting and maintenance plan, meaning their site will be well looked after moving forward. We have just delivered a proposal for paid campaigns across multiple platforms and will continue optimising the website to help them make a strong impression in the industry from day one.
While the full project took just over a month, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Both the investor and client are thrilled with the outcome. From here, we will be closely monitoring performance, tracking user behaviour, and driving high quality traffic to ensure Frankly gets off to the strongest start possible.
