Shipnet is a prominent maritime software solutions company with specializations in integrated platforms dedicated to optimising operations and maximising efficiency within shipping firms around the globe.
Incorporating a complete set of tools covering domains such as procurement, upkeep, as well as financial management, Shipnet equips its users to cope with the nuances of the shipping sector with enhanced control and comprehension. Their software plays a central role in streamlining processes, cutting expenses, and encouraging data-based decisions within the international shipping industry.
Shipnet engaged Clever Marketing to help design and deliver a series of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for their ShipnetOne ERP solution. The marketing was to target shipping companies of all sizes, with a focus on companies that wished to invest in new or upgraded IT infrastructure with a view to increasing their operational efficiency.
Having a large customer base, however, Shipnet was faced with low brand recognition and a stagnant lead acquisition pipe. Clever Marketing stepped in to fix this by releasing concerted campaigns on key digital fronts like Google, LinkedIn and eventually on LinkedIn. Through diligent curation of tailored content as well as strategic leveraging of exact segmentation of target audiences, we were able to successfully target Shipnet’s niche market within the maritime software market industry. The campaigns were carefully developed to not only boost brand visibility but shift qualified leads into their acquisition lead pipe as well. The multi-platform strategy ensured complete market penetration to allow Shipnet to reach key decision-making stakeholders as well as professionals within their market industry domain.
The Results
Global in its operations, Shipnet presented the particular challenge of reconciling divergent regional budgets and acquisition approaches. In addition to their all-inclusive Shipnet One platform, which houses an enormously diverse array of integrated solutions, we created a two-pronged campaign strategy: product-based efforts and larger-scale brand awareness campaigns. The strategy proved incredibly successful, bringing Shipnet’s brand awareness from virtually non-existent to one of its highest-performing and highly visible within its market space.
Besides all this, we fine-tuned their digital architecture by implementing rigorous measurement solutions and cookie consent policy compliance with advancing times. The overall effect of all this resulted in ten times more total site visits besides fifty times more quality leads and thus powering their successful international expansion.
