Our Approach
Healix is a market leader in risk management and healthcare solutions with a mission to protect people’s health and wellbeing on a global scale. For more than 30 years, Healix specializes in providing end-to-end services in risk resilience management and adaptable healthcare solutions to internationally-working organisations as well as individuals.
Following successful SEO of Healix, their Marketing Director approached us with a new assignment: creating a special microsite for their best six brokers. The site would provide each broker with his own personalized portal — a place to access specialised marketing materials and dedicated support tailored to what they needed. It was to provide an elite experience to those important partners to make them special and to solidify relationships.
The project required collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including Healix’s compliance team and board of directors. With tight deadlines in place, we had to be ready to deliver as soon as the green light was given.
Working within Healix’s rigorous brand guidelines, we created a microsite which exactly replicated their main site appearance and feel, but with additional dual-branding to allow for each broker’s own personal dedicated portal. It was necessary to maintain Healix’s brand identity but to offer customisation to individualise each broker.
Our user experience-driven strategy meant the project was optimised right from the beginning. Using detailed wireframes and designs developed on Figma, the client maintained complete visibility during production. When designs were signed off, we converted them to an adaptable WordPress builder that enabled Healix to modify content at will and add more partner portals as needed.
To make sure they could seamlessly integrate with their current marketing infrastructure, we tied the site into their HubSpot workflows and redesigned their animations to run smoothly within WordPress.
The Results
Following three months of concerted design and development, we were able to successfully sign off on the microsite with six individual custom partner portals and a central login portal. The feedback from Healix’s partners, directors, and internal groups was extremely favorable, with all groups overjoyed by the end product and dedication by us during the project.
Our relationship with Healix is strong as we work with them to deepen their digital presence and keep their brand at the forefront of their market.
