DBAM Social Care, a dedicated social care provider specialising in personalised, high-quality support for adults with complex needs, whether at home or in community settings. The client needed a solid and credible brand foundation after finding themselves without a clear identity that staff or customers could connect with. They required a complete brand package including a new logo, colour palette, typography and essential marketing assets such as PowerPoint templates and letterheads. This brand work would then act as the base for a full website redesign and rebuild. Beyond the launch they also needed ongoing hosting, maintenance, training and continuous optimisation, supported by additional marketing collateral including brochures, welcome packs and other materials to ensure the brand was consistent across every touchpoint.
We began by rebuilding the brand from the ground up because the client had no clear identity and nothing their team or customers could connect with. We created the full brand system from logo and colours to fonts and practical assets like PowerPoint templates and letterheads. With this new identity in place we moved into the main project which was a complete website redesign and rebuild. We planned the structure, produced the content, designed every page and developed the site so it felt modern, consistent and aligned to the new brand. After launch we handled hosting, maintenance, training and ongoing optimisation to keep everything running smoothly. Alongside the website we produced the wider marketing collateral they needed including brochures, welcome packs and other materials so the brand felt unified across every part of the business.
The Results
