Our Approach
Ardgowan Homes build fine bespoke properties across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom mansions. Chairman and founder Steve Watt, with over 45 years of experience in architecture and building, personally oversees much of the design and build process.
Using only the finest materials and fittings from leading brands, Ardgowan Homes combine intelligent planning with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a beautifully finished product.
Ardgowan Homes required prestigious digital brochures for two exclusive new developments: The Old Nursery in Bourne End and The Walled Garden in Ascot, Berkshire. These 30-page brochures needed to include detailed site plans, accurate location maps, and 3D renders, along with high-quality photography to capture the surrounding areas.
In addition, they needed 2x5m on-site hoardings for both developments, designed to attract attention with 3D visuals and key project details. Bespoke location maps were created using Adobe Illustrator to ensure precision and clarity.
For Ardgowan Homes’ developments, we delivered a comprehensive suite of graphic design services. This included designing visually engaging 30-page brochures that featured detailed site plans, 3D renders, and professional photography to highlight the developments and their surroundings.
We also created on-site hoardings for The Old Nursery and The Walled Garden, producing 2x5m billboards that effectively showcased the developments and attracted attention. Bespoke location maps were meticulously crafted using Adobe Illustrator to ensure accuracy and a polished finish.
The Results
