Brochure Design Services

Brochure design services that make people stop, read and remember you.

People pick up a brochure, hold it, read it and keep it. Or they don’t. The difference is almost entirely in whether the design earns their attention and communicates your offer clearly. A brochure that looks the part does some of the selling before anyone has said a word.

We’re a brochure design agency based in Surrey. We design brochures for established businesses across the UK, built around what your audience needs to understand and do next, and produced to a standard that reflects well on the business behind them.

Our Approach

Brochure design led by what you need it to achieve. Not what looks nice on a mood board.

Before any design begins, we understand who the brochure is for, what it needs to communicate and what you want someone to do after reading it. Those answers shape the structure, content hierarchy and visual approach so the design earns its keep rather than just looking good.

1. Structure that guides the reader through your offer.

*NEW* Brochure Design

Good brochure design leads the reader on a journey. You get a layout that draws the eye in the right direction, uses hierarchy to emphasise what matters and makes it easy to absorb the key messages quickly, even if someone only glances at it for thirty seconds.

2. Design that looks unmistakably like your business.

*NEW* Brochure Design

Your brochure should feel like a natural extension of your brand. We build on your existing identity to create something that’s instantly recognisable and consistent with the rest of your marketing. And if your branding needs updating first, we can help with that too.

3. Files prepared correctly for your printer.

Website Design & Development

Print-ready files, set up to your printer’s exact specification, including bleeds, colour profiles, resolution and fonts embedded. You get files that go straight to production without the phone call about something being wrong.

The Difference It Makes

A brochure that performs changes how people perceive your business.

Something your sales team will actually use.

A brochure that looks the part and tells the right story becomes a tool your team reaches for rather than apologises for. It works in meetings, at events and as a leave-behind that keeps your business in front of prospects long after the conversation has ended.

A document that reflects the quality of what you do.

Your brochure is often the first detailed introduction to your business. When it looks and feels professional, it builds confidence in what you do before you’ve had the chance to explain it. When it doesn’t, it can quietly undermine that confidence.

A physical touchpoint that digital marketing can’t replicate.

In a world where most marketing is digital, a well-produced printed brochure stands out. It’s tangible, considered and harder to ignore than an email. For businesses with longer sales cycles or higher-value offers, that physical presence matters more than most realise.

What’s Included

Everything that goes into a brochure we're proud of.

Here is what a brochure design project with us includes.

Brief & Planning

Understanding your audience, your goals and what the brochure needs to achieve. Agreeing structure and content outline before design begins, so the layout serves the message, not the other way around.

Content Structure & Copywriting

We can work with the copy you provide or write and edit it as part of the project. Either way, it’s structured for clarity and impact before layout begins. The best brochures combine strong writing with strong design, so every page communicates clearly and leaves the right impression.

Design & Layout

A brochure designed to look brilliant, communicate clearly and reflect your brand. You see proofs at key stages and have the opportunity to refine before anything is finalised. No surprises at the end of the process.

Image Sourcing & Retouching

We can source photography from stock libraries, retouch images you provide, or brief and art direct photography shoots for businesses that want bespoke imagery. The quality of the photography in a brochure has a significant impact on the impression it creates.

Digital Brochure Design

As well as print-ready files, we can produce digital versions of your brochure, optimised for on-screen reading, sharing by email and hosting on your website. Interactive PDFs, flipbooks or screen-optimised formats, whichever suits how your audience will actually use it.

Print-Ready Files

CMYK, correct bleed and trim, fonts embedded and packaged to your printer’s exact specification. Supplied in the format required. Files that go straight to production with no back-and-forth with the printer about something being wrong.

Print Management

If you’d prefer us to manage the print run as well as the design, we can quote for printing, oversee production and arrange delivery. A single point of contact for the whole project, from blank page to printed brochure in your hands.

What our clients say

Businesses we've helped grow.
In their own words.

We’ve worked with businesses across a whole range of industries over the years. Here’s what some of them have to say about working with us.

Common Questions

The questions most people ask before briefing a brochure design project.

We’d rather answer these now than have them slow things down later.

How much does brochure design cost?

It depends on size, complexity and whether copywriting is included. A well-designed A4 eight-page brochure typically starts from around £1,200. Larger, more complex projects or those requiring copywriting are quoted individually. You get a clear, fixed quote based on your specific brief before anything begins, with no surprises when the invoice arrives.

We don’t offer fixed packages because brochures vary too much in scope for a package to be genuinely useful. A two-page DL leaflet and a 40-page product brochure are very different projects. What we do offer is a clear, itemised quote based on exactly what you need so you know precisely what you’re paying for and why.

Not necessarily. We can write or edit copy as part of the project. If you’re providing it yourself, having it as close to final as possible before design begins makes a real difference to how smoothly things move. We’ll be clear about what we need and when.

Yes. We can manage the print run, oversee production quality and arrange delivery. Or we can supply print-ready files for you to manage independently, whichever works best for your project. For printing in Surrey and Camberley, we have established relationships with local suppliers who we know produce consistent quality.

Yes. We design digital versions alongside print, or as standalone projects. Screen-optimised PDFs, interactive formats and versions for sharing by email or hosting on your website, formatted for how people actually read things on a screen rather than just exporting a print file and hoping for the best.

A typical brochure project runs three to five weeks from brief to final files. It depends on how quickly approvals move and how much revision is needed. If you have a tight deadline, tell us upfront. We’re used to working to print schedules and we’ll give you an honest answer about what’s achievable.

Any size and format: A4, A5, A3, DL, square, landscape. Stapled, perfect bound or folded formats. We’ll advise on the format that best suits your content, your distribution method and your budget.

Yes. We design prospectuses for schools, colleges and professional organisations, along with a full range of sales literature including product sheets, capability documents and proposal templates. Whatever the format, the principles remain the same: clear structure, thoughtful design and information that’s easy to navigate and understand.

Yes. We’re based in Surrey but work with businesses across the UK on brochure design projects. Most projects are handled remotely. The brief, proofs and approvals all work well without needing to be in the same room. For clients based locally we’re always happy to meet in person.

The next step

A brochure that looks as good as the business behind it. Let's design it.

Whether you have a brief ready to share or you’re still working out what you need, the first step is a conversation. We’ll look at what you’re trying to achieve, what format makes sense and the most efficient way to approach it.

On that call we’ll cover:

  • What the brochure is for and who it’s aimed at
  • Size, format and any print specification requirements
  • Whether you need copywriting support or can provide copy
  • Timeline and whether you’d like us to manage the print run

No pressure. No jargon. Just a straightforward conversation with a team that cares about getting it right.

Fill in the form and someone from the team will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you.
