The client

Integralis are one of Europe’s leading Information Security Solution Providers, ensuring its customers’ vital and business processes are secure. It provides a range of IT security including global, governance, risk and compliance solutions, so customers can balance risk against results.

The challenge

Integralis needed a marketing solution to deliver:

  1. A cleansed and improved database of approximately 13,000 contacts
  2. A solution which would motivate recipients to complete a data capture form to update their contact details
  3. A channel to ask contacts to provide feedback on event preferences, which would assist the planning of corporate hospitality and other marketing events to engage customers
  4. An ability to track and measure customer interest and responses
  5. Measurements in order to gauge the effectiveness of their marketing investment

The solution

Clever Marketing designed the ‘Just the Ticket’ campaign which provided maximum benefits:

  1. Personal communications were supplied, with email recipients visiting a pre-populated landing page and direct mailing recipients received pre-populated details
  2. Using an incentive to target core audiences with a sports theme (in line with their corporate hospitality), greatly encouraged take up
  3. Crucial feedback provided to the Events team by asking recipients about a choice of sports preferences
  4. By sending both emails and direct mailings, a broad audience was reached increasing the number of responses

The results

Integralis received fantastic results, with the campaign hitting a range of targets including:

  1. A 17.99% open rate of the emails compared to an industry average of 15.51%
  2. 413 people updating their data which provided fresh sales leads
  3. Intelligence in terms of customer preferences for sporting events, informing the Events team on popular corporate hospitality they could invest in for future engagement
  4. Statistical data which cleansed their contacts database
  5. Detailed results which provided clear evaluation of the campaign's success
